At Next Jump we have set up circles of safety. The idea comes from Simon Sinek, that good leaders make you feel safe and create environments of trust. At Next Jump the safest inner-most circle is Talking Partners. Next is Situational Workshops – meeting with same group of mentors that you can rely on. Then finally, the team – meeting with weekly or more frequently.
Creating circles of safety also helps foster a culture of No LHF (no Lying, Hiding, Faking).
