July First Thursday: Art-Inspired Dining & Gallery Experience

For one night only, we’re turning our headquarters into a pop-up art gallery featuring original works by local artists—curated by community member Sylvie Preston & artist Ezra Cohen.

The space will be reimagined through a mix of paintings, large-scale pieces, and sculpture, designed to surprise and immerse. To make the experience even more engaging, we’re adding thoughtful elements to help guests connect with the art, making it more approachable, even for those outside the art world.

Tying it all together, Chef Dani Chavez-Bello will craft dishes and drinks inspired by the featured artwork, creating a full multisensory evening where visual expression meets Michelin-level cuisine.

Each piece on display will also be available for purchase, with 100% of proceeds going back to the artist community.

About First Thursdays:

On the 1st Thursday of each month, we host an evening for our community of high achievers, who are also "good from within". Our intent is to create a “modern day blue zone” where we tackle big challenges, share insights, & build community—all over exceptional food.

We provide the space, Michelin-level food, drinks, music & staff, including the best bartender and DJ in NYC. We don’t charge for entry but occasionally we support causes we care about. We’ve hosted extraordinary events, including:

• Misbelief book launch with Dan Ariely

• A panel with Mindy Grossman, former CEO of WW International

• A collaboration featuring five professional ballerinas and a Grammy-winning violinist

• The Invisible Extinction movie premiere with microbiome experts Martin Blaser & Gloria Dominguez-Bello
