Mission
Our ethos:
Better Me + Better You = Better Us
We believe in filling your own cup so you can pour into others—helping everyone rise together.
It’s about doing the little things that allow others to do the great things they’re meant to do.

Meet Charlie
Co-CEO, Next Jump
Charlie Kim co-founded Next Jump from his college dorm room in 1994 and has spent the last 30+ years rethinking what a business can be.
Raised in Nigeria by a pastor mother and a father whose research earned multiple Nobel Prize nominations, Charlie grew up surrounded by two very different models of impact: serving people and solving hard problems.
Charlie believes if you have to "give back," you've taken too much and to build doing good into the business from the very beginning.
When he's not coaching, you'll probably find him tending the rooftop garden or planning his next great meal. He believes business is one of the greatest forces for good—when it's built the right way.

A Little More About Charlie:

Meet Meghan
Co-CEO, Next Jump
Meghan Messenger joined Next Jump as a door-to-door sales intern in 1998. When the company nearly collapsed after 9/11—shrinking from 150 employees to just four—she stayed. Helping rebuild Next Jump shaped her belief that the hardest moments often become the greatest opportunities for growth.
Raised in a blue-collar family, Meghan learned early that no job is beneath you. Working as a maid and watching her father climb telephone poles instilled a deep respect for hard work. At
Next Jump, she discovered something just as important: everyone is capable of more than they think.
That belief led her to pioneer No LHF—No Lying, Hiding, or Faking—and create a culture where people don't have to pretend. Meghan is known for sharing her own struggles first, believing leaders earn trust by showing others how to learn.
A mom of two boys, lifelong dancer, and unapologetic fan of '90s hip-hop, Meghan believes leadership starts by filling your own cup first—because you can't help others from empty.

Journey to Top
Learning Organization
"How did you build your expertise?"
What began as developing our own leaders & decision-makers evolved into a second business built entirely on GIVING.
The research confirms it: The more we've shared with & helped others (organizations, leaders, individuals), the more we've learned in return. These insights & nuanced understanding of challenges have compounded our knowledge... enabling us to help even more people.

Harvard studied thousands of organizations to identify the future of work & recognized Next Jump as 1 of 2 in the world as a “Deliberately Developmental Organization" or DDO.
