Mission

Our ethos:
Better Me + Better You = Better Us

We believe in filling your own cup so you can pour into others—helping everyone rise together.

It’s about doing the little things that allow others to do the great things they’re meant to do.

Meet Charlie
Co-CEO, Next Jump

  • X

Charlie Kim founded Next Jump in 1994 and grew it into a $2 billion company driven by personal experience.

Watching his Nobel-nominated father's world hunger research go unheard by those with power to help shaped Charlie's mission: change workplace culture from the inside. He overcame his own stutter through thousands of pitches and learned you can't help others from an empty cup. His philosophy—Better Me + Better You = Better Us—guides Next Jump's work.

For Charlie, success is the megaphone.

Meet Meghan
Co-CEO, Next Jump

  • Instagram

Meghan Messenger began her journey with Next Jump as a door-to-door sales intern in 1998 and rose to Co-CEO through commitment and authentic leadership.

Through constant learning and relentless perseverance, she turned challenges into the foundation of her leadership. When the company nearly died after 9/11, dropping from 150 to four people, she stayed and built the business. Now she's on a mission to stop companies from abandoning their people. Her blue-collar upbringing taught her nothing is beneath her, but Next Jump taught her everyone can grow.

She's seen the cost when companies don't invest—burnout, depression, worse—and she's determined to change that.

Meghan's Story:

Journey to Top
Learning Organization

"How did you build your expertise?"
What began as developing our own leaders & decision-makers evolved into a second business built entirely on GIVING.

The research confirms it: The more we've shared with & helped others (organizations, leaders, individuals), the more we've learned in return. These insights & nuanced understanding of challenges have compounded our knowledge... enabling us to help even more people.

Harvard studied thousands of organizations to identify the future of work & recognized Next Jump as 1 of 2 in the world as a “Deliberately Developmental Organization" or DDO.

Impact

“...they spent countless hours with me helping me grow my organization specifically in the area I struggled with most; cultivating talented young coaches & raising the expectations, performance levels, decision making, communication & resiliency within myself and my team.  I have countless stories of how they've both helped me grow as an individual & a leader... in my adult life, I've never learned more from two people than I have from Meghan & Charlie..."
