Talk 1: Leading Through Uncertainty – Building the Capacity to Hold More

Natalie Neilson, ICF-Accredited Coach, Facilitator & Founder

A business can only grow to the capacity of its people. As the world continues to evolve and adapt rapidly – through AI, technological change and geopolitical shifts – we need to build people's capacity to lead through change and create resilient, adaptable teams and cultures.

In this facilitated growth experience, Natalie adopts a coaching stance rather than delivering a performative presentation. Combining reflection, coaching, paired discussion and practical frameworks, the session helps participants better understand how they navigate growth, pressure and change – planting seeds to build the internal foundation needed to navigate whatever rapid change happens externally.

About Natalie: Natalie Neilson is an ICF-accredited coach, facilitator, speaker, founder, and co-host of The Power of You podcast. With more than 15 years of experience spanning global organisations, start-ups, entrepreneurship, coaching and organisational change, her work sits at the intersection of individual growth and organisational performance. Her perspectives have been shaped by leadership roles at global brands including Thermo Fisher and Cigna, alongside scaling a coffee start-up to its 2022 exit and leading the human integration of its merger with Blank Street Coffee. Natalie creates reflective spaces and experiences that help leaders and teams strengthen their internal capacity to navigate growth, change and complexity with greater clarity, confidence and sustainability. Talk 2: Don’t Be a D!ck: The Power of Dynamic Leadership

Ole Dodwell MCIPD, Leadership Coach - Founder - Author – Consultant

In every organisation, countless unseen transactions are taking place every single day, recorded in The Invisible Ledger. It’s the hidden tally of trust, psychological safety and respect that every leader quietly builds up or bankrupts with their team through daily interactions.

In this fast-paced, high-impact talk based on his book, Ole Dodwell strips away the jargon to expose the dynamics that make modern teams thrive. Packed with insights and memorable frameworks, Ole reveals how every promise kept, piece of constructive feedback handled appropriately and moment of radical candor, deposits credit into your invisible ledger—and how ego, micromanagement and defensive leadership bankrupt it. Attendees will leave with clear, actionable tools to shift from traditional "bosses" into dynamic, influential leaders who build high-trust cultures that last.

About Ole: Ole Dodwell is a high-energy Learning & Development consultant, coach and the author of Don’t Be a D!ck – An Introduction to Dynamic Leadership.  With a background spanning NLP, behavioural profiling and emotional intelligence, Ole has spent decades working alongside executive teams, public and private sector bodies and growing businesses to transform their leadership cultures. He specialises in translating complex psychological and management theories into actionable, real-world tools that managers can apply immediately.

Known for his engaging, high energy delivery, Ole challenges traditional "command-and-control" mindsets. Whether he is running long term development programmes, inspiring the next generation of leaders or speaking on stage, his focus remains simple: helping leaders drop the defensive corporate shield, foster genuine psychological safety and build high-trust teams that actually deliver.
