Talk 2: Do We Really Need to Measure the ROI of Our People? Gary Turner, Business Activist & Healthy Masculinity Advocate
Gary will share a real-world experiment that delivered 48% sales growth by shifting from fear-based culture to intentional human-centred design – and make the case for "Return on Humanity" over ROI.
