About the Event

Human Advantage Summit

July 16–17, 2026

This two-day event is bringing together leaders from some of the world's most innovative organizations who are working on some of the coolest things in advancing human skills and what it means to be human.

Over two days, we'll host panels, discussions, workshops, around 4 tracks:

Track A: Future of Education & Performance

  • 3-Star Michelin Chef (Dani Chavez-Bello) – cured cancer twice with food as medicine. His 6 year old daughter and more recently his 80 year old mother…stage 4 and was told 1-2 months to live. Both completely cancer free. Sharing how he did it.

  • Founder of Largest Youth Sports Program: Steady Buckets (Macky Bergman) – sharing insights building community, leadership and youth sports, most recently for autistic children. Community voids, self-sustaining and antifragile communities, unsupervised space for children and contamination of “peer/social pressures”.

  • Student Led Education (aka Mastery): Avenues (Mark Gutkowski) – sharing insights in one of the fastest growing programs in high school, along with what’s working vs not in young adult education

  • The Science Behind Human Flourishing (Noemie Le Pertel) – sharing the data behind human flourishing and unlocking sustainable high performance in the age of AI.

Track B: People, Community & Impact

  • Panel of HR Leaders discussion led by SHRM NYC Board Member (Fredo Alban) – sharing the challenges and outlook for HR resources and how it is changing.

  • Chief People Officer at Starwood Hotels (Clio Knowles) – sharing challenges and insights running one of the top hospitality brands globally with a strong community built on sustainability.

  • Former White House Chef for President Bush and Obama (Bill Yosses) – sharing lessons in helping the country of Bhutan, the only carbon negative country in the world, building success through mutually beneficial actions.

  • Venture Capital Fund Focused on Impact-Driven Entrepreneurs: Catalytic Impact Foundation (Richard Lipkin) – sharing learnings and insights on selection, performance and outlook on impact-driven companies

Track C: Career Journey Panel

  • Leaders Sharing Career Acceleration Based on Training Human Judgment – sharing their journeys, challenges and breakthrough moments, across several industries including US Air Force, UK Navy, State Street Bank and Next Jump.

Track D: Human x AI

  • Former Head of Learning for EY (Tal Goldhamer) – sharing key challenges and lessons to integrating AI in both education and workplaces

  • Founding Partner at ERA (Brian Hecht) – sharing insights from the startup ecosystem having run one of the largest incubators in NYC

  • Investment Fund Driven by Human Capital Metrics: Irrational Capital (David van Adelsberg) – sharing learnings and insights on how publicly traded companies focused on human-first metrics outperform in the stock market

  • AI Training: non-engineers can now build product w/out needing to wait only on engineering resources (Greg Kunkel/ Weiwei Hu) - human skills needed right now (including human judgment, AI training), Greg will be leading key insights “in practice” of how to train for those skills and critical weekly routines (learn to code and build using AI in the workshop). As the head of PerksAtWork, Greg led 2 ecommerce enabled mobile apps with over 1 million downloads, 5000+ reviews with 4.9 star rating, getting to top 30 in the Apple App Store.

Leadership in Practice Keynote

Co-CEOs of Next Jump (Charlie & Meghan) – sharing breakthroughs in training human judgment, refined through a 3 year battle against the DOJ and Navy (beating them handedly in court). Proper training of Human Judgment is now the single greatest limiting factor of AI adoption and ROI. Human Judgment is made up of 3 components: (1) Leadership (high agency skills), (2) Strategy (living plans), (3) Decision Making (speed of sense making, adjusting and pressing to generate momentum).

Friday Afternoon - Speakers Only Networking and Discussions

Kickoff at 12PM with Michelin-Level Lunch prepared by Chef Dani (multi-course on rooftop terrace)

The afternoon is intentionally left unscheduled to create space for the conversations that rarely happen at conferences—speaker-only networking, situational workshops, collaborative discussions, and the opportunity to learn directly from one another.

About Next Jump

Founded more than 30 years ago, Next Jump is a technology company and leadership development organization best known for creating Perks at Work, which serves millions of employees at thousands of companies worldwide.

Beyond our business, we are deeply focused on helping people become better leaders, teammates, and decision-makers. Our work has been featured by Harvard Business School, which identified Next Jump as one of only two organizations highlighted for building a culture where personal growth and leadership development are embedded into everyday work.

Today, Next Jump convenes a community of leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, operators, coaches, and innovators who believe that while technology will continue to change how we work, investing in people remains the greatest opportunity. The Human Advantage Summit is an extension of that mission: bringing together people working on some of the most important challenges—and opportunities—around human development.

Our belief is simple: Better Me + Better You = Better Us.
