On the first Thursday of each month, we open our doors to a curated community of leaders, creators, and changemakers. The evening blends world-class food, inspiring programming, and meaningful connections. No two are alike—one month it’s live performances, the next a workshop or chef-driven dinner—but the spirit is always the same: growth, collaboration, and community.

Every now & then, we leverage all parts of our office to run multiple experiential workshops hosted by some of the best in the business.

Films & Premieres

Our screenings have spotlighted critical topics such as the vanishing microbiome and the effects of microplastics on human health, paired with Q&As with the filmmakers.

Health & Wellness

Wellness is central to our culture. Our full-day health and movement events are designed so everyone can benefit, together.

How Thursdays Became our Community Day

You may be wondering Why Thursdays?

During the pandemic, we created a Community Online Academy (COA) for our Perks at Work customers to take classes & stay connected virtually while we were all stuck at home (you can read how that all started here). When we moved into our Flagship office, we decided to host COA in person, initially just for Perks at Work customers. We kept it to Thursday, hired a chef, a DJ, & a bartender and locked them in every Thursday. Over time, we started inviting more people and our events grew & evolved. But Thursdays have remained our Community Day.

Breaking Bread Together

Sharing a meal is one of the oldest ways to build connection and you'll see many of our evenings are framed as “Something & Chef,” reflecting the central role food plays in the experience.

Dishes are prepared right in front of you—so you know exactly what you’re getting—using ingredients from our rooftop terrace garden alongside produce & ingredients from local farmers & providers. Just as people travel to discover food, we bring that experience here to spark community and conversation.

CHEF COALITION AT FIRST THURSDAY

Once a month, we welcome the Chef Coalition—400+ of the world’s leading chefs—who come together to learn and collaborate, turning our office into a one-night-only restaurant unlike any other.

Who gets invited? How do I get invited?

Our events are invite-only. To attend, you need to know someone who knows someone at Next Jump. That’s how we keep the guest list thoughtful, the vibe welcoming, and the experience top notch.

Everyone is personally vouched for—and we have just one rule: no jerks allowed.

(Seriously. It’s why everyone’s so nice.)

Here's what you need to know

What to Bring

You don’t need to bring anything but your authentic self. That said, here are a few practical details to help you feel at ease:

Personal Belongings: Coat closets are available on the 10th floor. Security in the building is strong, so you can feel comfortable leaving your items unattended.

Workout Classes: If you’re joining a fitness session like Pilates or 305 Dance Fitness, bring:

work out clothes
a water bottle (we have water bottle fountains)
Locker rooms are available with towels and basic toiletries

Attendance Policy

Community is built on consistency and showing up. Because spots are limited and our events are in high demand, being confirmed from the waitlist means we’re counting on you to attend.

Of course, we understand that life happens. If something comes up and you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as you can so we can invite someone else to join.

If we don’t hear from you and you miss an event, we may ask you to sit out the next two events before signing up again.

For entry, you’ll need a QR code, sent to the email you used to register for First Thursday (be sure it’s one you can access on your phone). Check your inbox or spam folder for:

How to Use Your QR Code

Load your QR code before arriving (lobby wifi is limited).

Step 1: Scan at the lobby turnstile (hold phone 1–2 inches from the reader).

Step 2: Scan again in the elevator before selecting your floor on the touchpad.

Each guest must have their own unique QR code. Access may be revoked if a single code is used for multiple guests.

Public Transit

C / E Trains → Exit at 23rd Street (8th Ave), walk west to 10th Ave, then south to 22nd Street.
A Train → Exit at 14th Street (8th Ave), transfer to the C/E uptown one stop, or walk north.
1 Train → Exit at 23rd Street (7th Ave), then walk west across 23rd to 10th Ave, and down to 22nd.
L Train → Exit at 14th Street (8th Ave), transfer to C/E uptown one stop, or walk north.
M23-SBS Bus → Crosstown on 23rd Street. Get off at 10th Ave and walk one block south.
