1) Talk: Beyond Burnout - Connections for a Healthier Workplace

Dr Faye Onaboye & Dr Haniah Patankar | Well Collective

Stress, burnout and the pressures of modern working life can affect not just our health and wellbeing, but also our relationships and ability to connect with others.

Drawing on their experiences as practising GPs, Dr Faye and Hania from Well Collective will explore how meaningful connections support both physical and mental wellbeing, and share practical ways organisations can create healthier, more supportive workplaces where people feel connected and able to thrive.

2) Building Connections Workshop

Great connections don’t just happen by chance. Sometimes, all it takes is the right environment, a little curiosity and a willingness to get to know someone new.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll move beyond traditional networking and create opportunities for genuine conversations and meaningful connections.

Through a series of engaging activities and discussions, you’ll have the chance to meet new people, exchange perspectives and discover shared experiences with others in the room.
